Situation
The owner of a popular and well established restaurant needed GPS’ assistance evaluating her business operations. “Having lost everything (friends, home, business, autos) in Hurricane Katrina, I was facing, yet another, total devastation as my newly renovated restaurant seemed to be slipping away, despite fairly healthy sales numbers.”
