U.S. Compensation & Benefits

GPS utilizes a performance-based pay approach to establish competitive pay levels. This approach links GPS employees directly to quality control, ensuring maximum client and employee satisfaction. Our employees’ actual earnings are determined by their responsibilities, performance and ongoing development.

Recognition Programs

GPS encompasses a broad array of employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward extraordinary individual or team performance. These programs are designed to encourage innovation, superb performance and to retain high performing employees. All employees are eligible.

Health Insurance

Full-time, permanent U.S. employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. A Premium Only Plan (POP) is offered for pre-tax monthly deductions. Medical coverage is provided by Cigna, dental and vision coverage is provided by Humana. Additional voluntary life insurance is also available through Humana.

Full-time, Canadian employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment. Benefit coverage is offered through Great West Life and includes dental insurance and prescription drugs.

Supplemental Retirement Plan – 401(k) Plan

Full-time employees are eligible to enroll after one year of service. Employees can contribute up to 17% of their eligible pre-tax income.
