Situation

GPS arrived at a “very pivotal time” for this client with an HVAC and plumbing services company as she was actively seeking change.

The consultant then provided all the processes needed to get the business back on track, including establishing an inventory policy, writing job descriptions and setting up personnel files as well as training employees on how to use QuickBooks.

“He also provided a 13-week Cash Management spreadsheet in order to track the cash flow. We are now able to manage the business through a small set of numbers, which makes the task much less daunting.”

Result

Although the client had managed another business for five years, she said it had been a franchise with a lot of guidance, nothing like the magnitude of responsibility involved in her current venture. GPS was able to provide the direction, the resources and the tools required to have her business operating smoothly, again.
